I was pretty stressed about the circumstances of my uneven floor as a friend of mine had tried to lay it and had no success. (Admittedly, my friend warned me he had no experience with these and was working alone to make matters worse.) Greg (Town Plier) was very reassuring. He estimated time at about 2 days, but he had a helper and was done in 1/2 day instead. Very pleasant and professional person.
