Contractor Service
He's excellent. He does an extremely good job. He fixed it and the cost was reasonable and he did a really excellent job. He's an old friend and maybe he gave me a deal but I don't think so. I thought it was a lot but when I started comparing it, it was a great deal. He can do pretty much whatever is needed. It was $30 an hour. He does a very thoughtful and reliable job. He'll do the job like I'm his mother or sister. He really cares about doing a good job; he's not capable of doing a bad job. He does it all himself. He does not hire some cr*ppy subcontractor. He doesn't have any helper. When we have jobs, we're going to have him back.
