This is one that I consider very good. He had another individual that had worked on it but he didn't get it right and he had put the system in, but he really wasn't up to speed that he needed to on this particular furnace. The price wasn't a consideration. I needed to get the thing going, I called them up and they fixed it. I don't remember how quick he got there. We burn wood too, so I wasn't sitting here waiting for it. I just needed to have it fixed. Very professional. He came in, went to it, saw some problems that I wouldn't have known about. I'm an engineer and I've designed everything under the sun except maybe a furnace. He hit right on the money, knew what it was, took care of it, and has been working perfect since. I would absolutely use them again. His ticket is on our and that's who we're going to call.
