Very professional company!! Estimate was accurate and reasonable. Tom was very skilled at repairing my "antique" washer and dryer. Very respectful upon entering my home. He even swapped out his outdoor foot gear for indoor. Refreshing to find an honest, reliable repair service!!!

Went well. Busy season for repair and had to be wait to be done. Repair service could not be done in Maine. Had to bring unit to New Hampshire.

They were able to diagnose the issue which unfortunately was not good news to me as I need to buy a new fridge but the cost was very reasonable for their time and service.

Excellent Tom the owner tried to walk me through the repair on my refrigerator to help me get the door closed. They reinstalled the ice maker latter that afternoon.

My dishwasher had stopped working on a Friday afternoon when I was expecting 12 people for dinner and to stay over the weekend. In less than two hours he had a repair person here. Within a half hour, he disassembled the pump, found a piece of broken glass that short circuited the process and got the dishwasher working again. The service provider was professional, quick, and courteous. I will definitely be using them again!!
