U-Haul Moving & Storage of Tilton

I wanted to rent a PODS-like product and service for moving which they call a UBOX pod. I went to the most local UHAUL facility in Gilford, NH and they were honest and said that they don't yet provide that service but to try the Tilton, NH affiliate. Diversion-1, no problem. It was critical that this move go well so I drove two towns away and met with them face-face. They told me that they didn't have any right now but would have them by the time that I needed them which was on Monday. They would bring them up from their facility in Concord, NH, to Tilton, I would rent a trailer to haul them load up my U-box pods and they would store the pods until I needed them. I have a pickup truckat would quality for a larger dual pod trailer. Diversion-2, no problem so I gave them my credit card and they gave me a printed confirmation on the pods and a 2-pod trailer. 
On Saturday I received a call from Customer Service in Phioenex to confirm that the 2-pod trailer rental was no extra change over the 1-pod trailer at $14.95. Quite professional on their part!
On Sunday I received a call from a different person that the pods were not in Concord and that I would need to drive to Manchester NH, a 2hr round trip to pick them up, they would not deliver them to their Tilton facility. Diversion-3, BIG problem. But I needed the move ASAP so I had no choice.
On Monday I received a yet another call from a woman who called herself the distatcher for the Maine and NH areas and she said that there are no facilities in NH that were ever qualified to support the UBOX-pods and that the closest "qualified" facility was in Woburn, Massachusetts which is a 200-mile round trip from my house just to pick up the pods!  Diversion-4, HUGE problem.
She offered no explanation why the other locations claimed they could handle it complete down to follow-up calls. I stood my ground and asked for an explanation why I was lead so far astray by four other people and she was unapologetic and was adament that she was right.   I was not at all rude but certainly, fiirmly asked for an explanation on how this has gone so wrong which she again had none.  At the end of the conversation she was purturbed at my wanting an explanation and ended the conversation with, "Have a SWEEEET day" and hung up.   Her aka was kiss my ***, now please go away.
By now my packing and moving plans were in total disarray so I had to start from scratch and ultimately hire a profesional moving company on short notice.
It that point, my intent was to join Angie's List if only to report the problem and to see if this has been a pattern.  I hope that it had not been.  After four very different interactions with UHAUL staff with some of it in writing, the corporate misinfiormation and disarray was astonishing!
My rub is less with the Tilton facility as opposed to the system they have chosen to work under. NEEDS WORK!
