Frank and his crew showed up early Tues. morning Nov. 19, and completed installation of our roof the 25th of Nov. as promised. He and his crew were very professional and true craftsmen. Frank also informed me of a rebate program for veterans who have a Kassel & Irons roof installed during the month of November,(a nice bonus). Frank and his crew did a great job and cleaned up everything daily. I highly recommend this contractor to all who are truly looking for the best. I would not hesitate to hire FBI Contracting in the future. By the way, We love the new roof, (Aged Cedar).

This was a daunting project, and FBI delivered. Before, during, and after our project, Frank was always available - returning our calls within 10 minutes and every day during the project calling us with a status update. When they first started ripping up the roof, they found another roof underneath. They found sloppy workmanship from the previous contractors and all kinds of water and insect damage. Our house is a Deck House and there are specific ways that the roof is engineered to be constructed. FBI spent time before the job contacting Deck House to understand the details and built the roof according to their recommendations. We had several places in the roof where the insect or water damage had eaten away at the wood all the way down to what we were looking up at as our interior ceiling. They took up everything that looked bad and replaced it with new wood, covered in insulation, sheathing, and metal shingles (and standing seam on some parts of the house.) They replaced a bathroom skylight with very detailed workmanship around it to ensure a good seal. They replaced and fixed the flashing around the chimney. These guys did an amazing job, start to finish. They were on time, professional, friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves. A few days ago I looked around the yard and wondered if the landscapers had come by - but no, it was the thorough cleanup job done by FBI. At the risk of ending with a terrible pun, these guys nailed it. I would totally use them again and recommend them to anyone I know.

Frank Iberger owns FBI construction.  He was present and helped his crew on all work.  He and his crew showed up on time, put in a full days work, and cleaned the area each day before leaving.  
I found FBI to be completely professional and very knowledgeable.   They did the extra things, like repairing soft areas, at no additional cost.  He had an additional crew member to do the carpenter work when the new section was built.  Basically, they changed the pitch on the roof from 2 degrees to over 3 degrees.  Three degree pitch or greater is required by Kasselwood.
When I was doing research for companies to use, I asked Frank for a list of homes that he had put on Kasselwood shingles.  The list arrived within minutes after I asked for it.  I found that typical of my dealings with Frank.  He always returned calls in a timely manner, and answered my emails ASAP.  He drove over twice to talk about our roof before we signed a contract.  That was a distance of about 50 miles from his home.    I visited several homes in the area that he put on roofs and talked with the owners about their experience with FBI.  All gave very positive reports.  
I felt that I had the very best crew to install the new roof.  Frank is the distributor for Kasselwood Steel shingles in NH, and he knows what he is doing.  As I mentioned previously he does the work with his crew.  I liked the fact that he was here, and was doing the technical work on flashing, etc.     
He and his crew were pleasant, answered all questions in a friendly manner, and the entire experience was positive for us.

I could not be happier with the work that Frank has done for me.  Frank performed the original siding work on my house and I was so pleased with the quality of work performed as well as the cost for the project.  He was easy to work with and I could always get ahold of him if I needed something.
When a truck went by my house with its dump up and grabbed the cable line it pulled it off the side of the house.  The way the cable was run it damaged the corner board and broke some of the siding down the side of the house.  I called Frank and he gave me a quote for the work that I thought was reasonable.
When he completed the work he actually said it didn't take him as much time as he expected so his bill actually came in lower than the estimate, never have I heard of a contractor coming in lower than their estimate.  As with the original work the quality of the work is great.

After getting estimates from half a dozen contractors for metal, and asphalt roofs that were less then satisfying. I contacted FBI and expected more of the same. To my pleasant surprise Frank showed up exactly when he said he would and gave me a detailed estimate, and took good measurements for my project. Frank gave me estimates for asphalt, standing seam, and the Kassel & Irons roofing that I really wanted(Shake style metal roofing). He worked within the budget number I had set for my project and was able to use the product that I wanted. I wanted the roof done before Thanksgiving putting some pressure on Frank and his crew and he said he would do his best to make that deadline. Frank and his crew showed up at my house the  two Saturday before Thanksgiving and began to work. They spent a whole day there on Saturday and returned by 7:00 am each day during the week. They came back the Saturday before Thanksgiving and finished the roof and cleaned up every last scrap of debris and then some. I found Frank and his crew to be knowledgeable, professional, polite, and the quality of work was superior to anything else I have seen.The roof looks fantastic and I am thoroughly impressed with the way snow slides off and does not leave a flake even on the lesser pithes of the roof. No more snow raking in the bitter cold and worrying about the weight of deep snow on my roof. Frank and his crew did a great job from start to finish and I highly recommend them for any roofing job.

Frank was professional and very reliable.  His communication throughout the job was excellent, and he did what he said he would do and then some.  I was very happy with the finished product and have received a number of compliments on the look and quality of the work Frank's team did.  I will use him again without hesitation.

He arrived early everyday dispite being 20 degrees outside. He kept us informed during the whole process. His workers were very curtious and attentive. Clean up was top notch.

We were looking for a metal roof for our barn, which is set against an antique house. Several other vendors gave us quotes and advice, but there was something honest and different with FBI Contracting. They understood the challenges of our old barn and offered appropriate advice. They recommended a product that while more expensive, seemed a better fit for our barn. The product is really nice looking; it looks like asphalt shingles from afar, but it is really small metal sheets that interlock together. Frank was always prompt in returning phone calls. He sent us references, as well as an exhaustive list of "his roofs" to go look at. Frank was on-site with his crew throughout the job. Cleanup of the old roof, shingles and nails was thorough. My husband and I would recommend FBI without reservation.... And would use them again.

Frank was excellent to deal with. One of the things that impressed me most was his follow up to all the communications starting when I first contacted FBI about requesting a quote. After Frank promptly showed up to look at the job he provided a quote; on which he subsequently followed up to find out if I had any questions. Every email or phone call was responded to within 24 hours.
When I decided to award the job to FBI in mid-September, Frank told me that his schedule was such that he could probably do the work in late October or early November. While there was no specific need to get the job done sooner than that, I indicated my preference would be to get it done sooner before it got too cold or there was snow. I was pleasantly surprised when Frank contacted me in early October and asked if he could start the job a couple of days later, on Saturday. We agreed on the Saturday start date and he was finished on Monday.
The pricing was in line with a couple of other quotes I received. It was Frank's follow up and honest approach which made me decide on FBI; along with his rating on Angie's list and with the Better Business Bureau. Frank did some extra work for which he did not charge. I am satisfied with the work and would contact FBI again in the future for other roofing work.

Frank Iberger was very responsive from time of estimate.  Understood what needed to be done and gave valuable recommendations of work that should be done to do the job completely.  He was able to supply recommendations from others that he had done work for that helped us in our choice.   Always arrived promptly in the morning with his crew of two to begin work.  Frank and his team were thorough and meticulous in their work.  A particularly difficult juncture between two roofs was done very well.  The roof and skylights look great!

We researched different roofing companies for the replacement of our old asphalt shingle roof.  We determined that we would prefer a metal roof as asphalt roofing has a limited lifespan and does not hold up well in the New Hampshire climate in our experience.  Frank Iberger (owner of FBI Contracting)  came to our home for a free evaluation and estimate. He was prompt, punctual and professional during his visit. This was not the case with some of the other companies we scheduled appointments with.  He brought samples of each product choice and was knowleagable about those products and roofing installation as a whole.  He offered a listing of homes he had completed and we were able to drive-by those homes and compare his roofing jobs to those of other companies we spoke with.  Frank's roofs were by far the best. Frank and his crew arrived promptly at 7AM each morning to work on the roof.  Frank also corrected a nagging leakage issue we had with a back farmers porch at a reasonalbe cost and the work was excellent.  We chose a cedar shake metal shingle in a Mission Red color. Our roof was installed properly with the correct ice and water shield and other techniques that make the roof last a lifetime.  We have seen and heard stories from others where this was not the case and they suffered for it in the long run.  Our home is log and the roof really complements the home and has the Wow factor when you drive up.  We are extremely pleased with the work and our new roof.  Frank is passionate and excited about the work he does and it shows.  I would highly recommend Frank and his crew for your home roofing needs whether it be a repair or replacement.

Frank, the owner of the company was very professional and informative from the start.  I had over 7 roofing companies come out to quote the job and by far I was most impressed with Frank and FBI Contracting.  I learned they had a solid reputation after doing a little investigating and a back ground check on the owner, they had great reviews and a clean record as well as a perfect BBB rating with no complaints and a very nice write up in a Manchester newspaper as one of NH top 5 roofing contractors.

They made the job seemed simple Frank and his crew did a very professional job, my yard was respected and cleaned daily, Frank and his guys took the time to do the job right and the roof came out excellent, so good I know he got a few jobs from my neighbors which makes he happy.  Frank took the time to answer any questions and explain his methods and how they work over competitors which was helpful and good to know.  Since my roof was installed everything has been great, we had some snow since and it just slides right off which is very cool to watch, very happy with my roof and with the metal shingles.

I would use FBI again, most likely for windows and siding once I pay off the roof.  Don't just take my word for it look them up on-line and with the BBB and see for yourself.  I did my homework and it definitely paid off.  Thanks Frank.

I talked to several people about this job.  When I talked to F.B.I. Contracting they seemed very knowledgable and were able to identify what had gone wrong and how to fix it.  After looking at the job, I was quoted what I consider to be a reasonable price.  Once I confirmed that I wanted the work done by them, it was completed quickly and without any complications.  They were professional and answered all the questions I had to my satisfaction.

Excellent! No complaints. I run a business on my property; the FBI team was very professional, did not cause any interruptions for my customers and left a clean work area at the end of each day.

They say third time's a charm.  I should have called FBI first.  Instead, I spent a small fortune on two other roofing companies, both of which charged me for a lot of work, but didn't actually find or fix the problem.  Out of desperation, and impressed by the reviews here and elsewhere, I finally called FBI, even though I knew my house was a distance away from their normal service area.  Frank took the time to listen to the problem carefully.  He wanted to make sure that what he did would work and fix the problem before he did anything at all because he didn't want me wasting even more money on useless repairs.  He was very good with communication, always calling me back, returning my emails, etc.  Frank was finally able to fix the leaking problem that had stumped two other companies, and it turned out to be a very minor minor repair--something pretty obvious that the other companies should have been able to spot.  I need some more work done on my roof, probably when winter is over, and I will definitely be going with F.B.I. first this time around.

When Frank showed up at my house to quote he came armed with all the information and samples I needed to make a decision.  He stepped me through the pro's and con's of the options and also the pricing difference.  There was no pressure in his sales speech just facts.  We talked for a long time and it was evident that Frank really new his business and takes great pride in his work.

After he stepped me through everything I think we stood around and chatted about all sorts of things for another hour or so, really easy to work with.

Frank provided a detailed professional quote, and worked with me when I made changes to what I wanted.  Additionally he was very responsive to my emails both before I signed the contract and after.

I have an old colonial and there are/where many challenges in siding the house.  Franks attention to detail and desire for perfection shown through on his work.  I saw him rip sections out and rework it when it wasn't up to his standards, even when he wasn't aware that I was paying attention, and to be honest the stuff he ripped out I couldn't see anything wrong with.

He was timely every day and at the end of the day cleaned the work site up prior to leaving.

I guess the best compliment I can give is that he is a true craftsman and takes great pride in his work and in being professional.  I will hire him again for other Siding, Roofing or Door and Window projects.

Frank from FBI showed up every day, cleaned up everyday, entertained us with his singing and completed the project as he said he would, on time and with the most attention to detail and quality of any contractor I have ever hired to date.   I would recommend FBI for roofing and windows without any reservation.   His pricing is not the cheapest but well worth the value and excellence in workmanship that Frank provides
