He was prompt in completing the job and found better wooden doors for me
than I was able to find on my own. He charged for time and materials,
and without knowing in advance how much the time would cost, I had some
sticker shock. However, his workmanship was excellent.

Every single experience we've had with "the Kens," as we call them, has been top-notch. They're not just builders or handymen, their craftsmen, taking pride in the quality of their work and doing it right the first time. They aren't fast, but the tradeoff for their care is high-quality work we don't have to doubt or worry about. They clean up the work site perfectly when done, show up on time, are excellent with communication, and completely trustworthy on our property and in our house. They've also gone out of their way several times to come out for an emergency repair, even if it meant a very long work day for them. On top of all that, they're terrific guys -- good people. They've become our go-to guys for work that is beyond what we can handle ourselves.
