We have a maintenance plan that we purchased with the vehicle, so we don't have to pay out of pocket for much of anything making it difficult to say whether the prices here are honestly fair. That said, however, there are no other Toyota dealerships in our area, so there's no comparing. The service team here is usually relatively professional (although I wondered if the man behind the counter that morning was under the weather -- he kept repeating the same questions and then forgetting the answers and he didn't look well). They take payment at a separate counter where the cashier is very efficient if not terribly polite. We've never needed any complicated repairs, but the regularly scheduled maintenance visits go well and the car runs well. They offer a free car wash which is a nice addition. And they also offer free WiFi plus a place to plug in -- makes the waiting time less onerous.
The only con: the service clerk didn't seem to understand my request for an update for our GPS maps. I thought this was a bit odd since I'd recently received a notice from Toyota stating that I really needed to update the maps. Eventually, while explaining what the services performed, the clerk mentioned that they hadn't really been able to tell if the maps needed updating, that they may have used the wrong software, but they thought they had it right.
They did not. The maps seem to have reverted to even older maps and now the GPS on our vehicle is essentially without value. I rely on my iPad GPS now so it hasn't been a problem, but I thought it very odd that this problem proved to be such a mystery for them. When I'm next in a city with a larger Toyota dealership, I'll take the car there and have the maps updated. To 2013.
Oh wait, a second con: their restrooms are atrociously dirty. Avoid that area if you can.

This was under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything. I have been using them since 1993, they are a great company, very trustworthy, honest and I will continue to use them.
