Description of Work: When we purchased our house, the propane provider was Keene Gas. They did their survey and charged almost $100 as a requirement for being a new customer even though they owned the tank and provided service to this location before. The technician showed up about when he said he would. They charged for a full tank, even though the gauge on the tank indicated 70% at almost $1 more per gallon than competitors thereby overcharging us by about $150 on a 120 gallon tank. We switched to Irving who did not charge us for any survey or tank installation and charge the going rate for the propane. It took Keene Gas almost a month to come pick up their tank which just sat in the yard and yes, there was a tank pump out fee and a fee to discontinue service.

 + -1 moreKeene Gas installers were punctual, professional, and explained exactly what they were doing at each step of the way. The results have been trouble free. They were flexible in discussing where to place the propane tank, and we arrived at a location that pleased them and us.
Description of Work: Keene Gas sold and installed a Rinnai tankless water heater as well as a propane tank and gas lines to a new gas range and the new water heater.
