concrete driveways
+ -1 moreThese guys were simply AMAZING! The crew came in and did their work in two days. No easy task; and they did their job extremely well. Some might think the price high, however, it is not considering they had to excavate and remove existing media and replace it and grade it. We are more than pleased with the work performed. We have no doubt this driveway will serve us well in the years to come. I wish I could show you the before and after pictures! I would recommend this company over and over again; and if needed, would use them again. We are SO PROUD of our new driveway!
Description of Work: Our house is an old 1850 Cape Cod and the driveway was uneven throughout. There were burrowed holes in the dirt causing water to travel into the basement; holes in the sill of the garage threshold, weeds coming up through everything. The apron to the street was all uneven. It needed total overhaul. We had some broken pavement patches, some dirt areas, and uneven cracked concrete throughout. In addition, we had different grades both sideways and lenghtwise. Advance Paving did the work as agreed; they dug up and removed all pavement, concrete and dirt. They dug down 12 inches and lined the driveway with appropriate sand/gravel fill base, then applied base coat and top coat. They graded the areas from the garage to the street, as well as the area from the house. They cleaned up the apron area and in front of the house.
