Tom's expert advice was appreciated. He completely replaced one opener and checked the other. His quote was his end-of-project price and he completed the project when he said he would. We will hire him again when the second opener dies.

They utilized the old ones that I already had like the infra red senses and things like that for installing the garage door opener instead of using new ones. They should have put in a new one. I would use their services again in the future.

"I went back to my 07 invoice's and could not find this customer.Not to say that he is not a Yankee Door customer.Was this for your house In Concord or another place you own? If we did use any old parts when you should have had new,I would come back and take care of it. Please let me know what I can do for you."
