All I can say is that I am immensely impressed with this gentleman and his company. We had asked for his professional opinion on 2 homes that we were considering. The first home was rejected because of what Michael found. It would have cost thousands of dollars to repair all the problems that were disclosed in the first report Michael completed for us. The second home was inspected today and things went much better. We will be buying this home based on the clean report Michael provided.
Michael Wilhelm is friendly, punctual and most importantly, THOROUGH! My 35 year old son attended both inspections on our behalf and he (my son) is fairly well versed on home improvement and maintenance issues. Michael explained every point to my son and even offered suggestions for remediation. Each of the 2 inspections took 2 hours or more and were exceedingly thorough. A detailed written report, with photographs of problem points and clear, full explanations followed the inspection by email within a day or so.
