The owner, John Rice, is one of the most honest hardworking guys you will ever come across. He knows more about grading than the landscape architects we were working with. As we went along, John was able to look at things the architects specified incorrectly and change them on the fly. John will always undersell his services and he is very meticulous. Where other guys will eyeball grading and patios, John uses a laser, mapping out things perfectly before he begins his work.
