Company initially provided test kit with simple but thorough instructions to determine radon levels. Once returning the samples to the company, test results were provided via e-mail (they also offered to forward results by US Mail or fax) within 24 hours. Whereas results were in excess of EPA's standards, company followed up and scheduled an estimator to inspect residence and subsequently provided a detailed estimate within 48-hours of inspection. Mitigation services were then scheduled and completed the following week. Details regarding mitigation efforts were thoroughly explained. After cutting a hole into the basement's cement floor, they installed PVC piping and an exhaust fan that was routed throughout the house and through the roof to expel the radon. The bill for services was received within a week and contained no extra charges. The company was responsive to any and all questions and performed the services for the amount quoted on the estimate. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Samples were analyzed and test results forwarded within 24-hours via e-mail (there was an option for mail or fax) and an estimator was at the house within several days. Detailed estimate was forwarded within 48-hours and the work was completed as outlined in the estimate. (No hidden costs). Follow up tests were completed and confirmed that mitigation efforts were a success. Would highly recommend compnay without hesitation.radon radon
Description of Work: After confirming that the radon was in excess of EPA standards, a hole was cut in the basement cement floor and PVC pipe was inserted so that the radon could be expelled via the pipe/exhaust system. PCV pipe mitigation system goes through residence and exits through the roof.
