"Thank you for jumping on angieslist and writing another review. April 17, 2014 you also wrote a review which stated all A's and there was not a negative thing to say about Pearsall Clean. In regards to your dog, I'm glad that she is home safe and sound. But to accuse us that we let your dog out is another story and which in my mine isn't a business review. Your home is on the beach , very windy in your location. Yes there was a painter at your home as well as us. In which he was in & out through the front door. We entered your home and left as we always do. I'm always the last one out due to our little chats after a cleaning (which I love catching up with you.) it could have been anyone or even the wind that grabbe due door and left it lightly open to where the dog could've gotten out. I'm truly sorry. I've always been or tried at least to be very flexable with the schedule for your families needs, example: sick, or home or on vacation or in the shower. But getting a text/call from you accusing us of your dog having to sleep at the police station just didn't sit well in my stomach. I wasn't sure on how to clear this up, so I hope this helps. I wish you all the best with your cleaning needs. PC"
I was in my home during the cleaning so I actually witnessed the level of detail in their work (I.e. scrubbing the legs of the kitchen table, neatly rolled blankets in a kids room bin, vacuuming 2 story fan blades, etc). With two small children, our home can be a bit cluttered, however, items in my home were clearly moved so all surfaces could be cleaned well and everything was replaced, neat and tidy. Our wood furniture and floors were literally shining after the team was here, as was all our stainless steel. My house hasn't been this clean since I moved in 3 years ago! Without a doubt, I highly recommend Pearsall!!

I like to have a close feedback with the people that help me keep my personal spaces, so if you are looking for a detailed service with more personal follow up, this is not the company for you. Tasha Pearsall came to pick up her check and was very professional about all my comments.
I contacted Tasha in May after a horrible experience with another company that doesn't have the right to call themselves a cleaning crew. Tasha got back to me right away and we set up a time for her to come by and look at the house and give me an estimate. I was very pleased with her fair price and everything she noticed in the house that the other crew hadn't touched. Tasha started cleaning for me the next week and I have been very pleased with her professionalism and a job well done. She always arrives when she says she is going to and the house looks awesome and smells great when she is does. Not only am I pleased with the job that Tasha and her crew does but the three families that have rented my house have all commented to me how sparkling clean it was when they checked in. I am very picky and very meticulous about how I like my house to be cleaned. I want it spotless every time and that is exactly what Tasha does. Plus she also makes the beds and takes care of all the linens. This is the first cleaning company I've found that does this and does it at a reasonable price. Hurray for a job well done at a very reasonable and fair price. I couldn't ask for anything more.
She showed up at the house 'around' the time she said she would for the walk through. Walk through went fine - we agreed on a time, cost, and scope of work. The day of the cleaning, I drove up from my prior home (an hour away) early on a Saturday AM... and waited... and waited... and waited. She showed up almost two hours late - the worst part being that she kept texting and saying "be there in 10 mins" and then when she missed that time, would text again "be there in 20 mins" etc - She finally texted that I could just "leave the door unlocked" and she would take care of things - um, no I'm not going to leave my door unlocked because you are too irresponsible to arrive on time. I could have at least gone and grabbed a coffee or something instead of sitting in an empty house waiting for the cleaner if she had been honest about her lateness. Anyhow, when she showed up finally, there was no acknowledgement of her lateness or apology for it.
The cleaning itself wasn't great. Things were dirty still - and there wasn't any furniture in the house so I have no idea what they did for the money I paid them. The cleaners she brought didn't really seem all that professional. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I'm really surprised by all the positive reviews here - maybe this was just an "off" experience.
I was very flexible with her! If she needed to change my cleaning day or time, I didn't mind. If I, however, ever needed to change her day/time, she gave me attitude, notably because it was her business! I get it, so I was conscious of this! There was a lot of one sided respect! Me to her!
The final clean she did, she knocked over an oil diffuser on my dresser. She never told me about it because she said she cleaned it right up and didn't notice a problem. When I saw it and mentioned it to her the next day- it had ruined the finish on my dresser. She didn't take responsibility for it...instead she said "We should part ways" She basically quit on my because I had complained a couple of times! I have no real hard feelings...just want to be honest for the next person.
Be careful of criticizing or complaining.. The customer is not always right with her..
there are plenty of other houses she can clean and she doesn't need you!
