The first cutting he said he would cut even longer where the grass needed it, but he didn't and left some patches of long grass clippings. He said to clean up the grass clippings, it would cost me $50.00 an hour and it will probably take many hours. He did not listen to the 4" request the second time, which left me with 3 acres of grass clippings that covered my lawn and needed to be cleaned up or the grass would die. He also trimmed in the perennial garden down to the dirt which resulted in my rambling rose being cut down to the root. He requests payment in full in advance. I will not use him again. I had to call another company to come out and pay them $150.00 to clean up the clippings so I did not lose my lawn completely.
