I had a hard drive with important data. It was an external hard drive with financial and tax information on it as well as important documents. I kept getting error messages when trying to access documents. While I could see the folders and documents, I could not open them, the operating system said I needed permission from the owner. I tried to take ownership of the files and folders with a software program, no luck. I even brought it to Geek Squad and after spending close to $200.00 and a half day of my time, no luck. I found Flashfixers on the net, they were 20 minutes away from my home in Salisbury Mass. Spoke with the owner over the phone, he felt he could fix it and invited me to bring it to the office. I brought it at 10 am, had it back by 3 pm. The original hard drive had a corrupted table. He downloaded all the files in perfect condition to a new hard drive. This was all for a set quoted price. I would definitely use these folks again. Fast, professional, courteous service and he kept me informed by phone about what was happening, estimated time it would be done, and when it was done earlier he called me.
