The driveway did not look as we expected, and we cancelled the work around the bluestone walkway FatCod offered to give us $450cash or a credit from the cancelled work toward a future project. Then , later, refused to honor the credit, basically reneged on the offer of credit.

"[Member Name Removed], you never called the main office to discuss any of this and wrote a review of your experience six years after the work was actually completed. The work on the driveway was done in November of 2011. The division of the company you dealt with has been under different management for quite some time. I am sorry you are unhappy. Thank you."
