Fixed all the rot on the outside. They modified the framing on the outside walls to accommodate new windows. Designed/built a custom corner unit that now houses a gas fireplace below a flat screen TV. Installed sheetrock and new hardwood floors, which are beautiful by the way.
I called Bob again when I found another rotten window. They came out and replaced with a window of the same type they installed in our new living room.
I highly recommend Dockham Builders.
