CADIEUX'S FLOORING

We had 4 bedrooms and 2 stair runners installed in our newly purchased duplex. All of the Cadieux staff was wonderful and worked hard to have the carpeting installed in a timely manner, coordinating with the numerous other remodeling projects that we had going on.

Went in to store on a Friday afternoon to look at samples. Sales person was not very helpful to us in choosing, just walked around while we looked at different things, so not sure if we got the best carpet for our needs. However, the service/install was exemplary. Owner came out at 9am the next morning to measure/price it out and told us they were 3 weeks out for install. As it turned out, they called us to move the install up as they were ahead of schedule and even then, due to pending snow, moved it up again - if it was convenient for us - so that they could get in/out before the storms. This far exceeded any service I have had from any of the "big box stores".

So professional, from the measurements and quote to ordering the flooring we wanted to installation. The materials were great quality, but what stood out were the installers and their professionalism. They kept us "in the loop" throughout the installation process, allowing us to make some minor changes/upgrades to improve the look of what we had installed through a no pressure conversation. The price of the installation and the materials was comparable with the big box stores, but received a much more personal experience since they are local and have been around for so long (and I hope will be around for a long time to come). Highly recommend!

Went well.  Pleasant to shop with - good info, no pressure.
Installers were on time, pleasant and professional without being stuffy.

Thorough job. Was very knowledgeable. Margie in the store had great advice.
