The power shades work great. We did have a problem with the manual shade.  It was used very little over the tow years
and while trying to open the cord snapped. In examining the cord it looked like it was defective like it had been
cut.    I contacted Robert  Rasmussen at the Blind Factory  and he said this was not a problem and that he would check his files and order a cord and than replace it.  That was a;most 3 months ago.  I have left over 20 messages asking him to call be back with the status and when he could replace the cord.   I have never heard back.. This is a very poor service model.

Rest of blinds never delivered or installed. Vendor contacted many times initially stalled with multiple excuses then could no longer be reached. I contacted Hunter Douglas, and they (to make a long story short) did not help me. I was never returned $1,516 I was owed I recently learned that he is still in business and actually had a booth at the NE Home show last Spring. I am in the process of reporting this company to the Attorney Generals Office. Luminette Shades are now broken after 3 years of use.
