Excavation
Rick Hodges was wonderful. He gave me an accurate estimate and showed up when he said he would. He is smart and meticulous. He ended up doing a lot more work than we originally talked about for the same price he quoted me in the beggining. He estimated pulling 60 stumps and piling them up to be hauled away by someone else. He ended up digging a deep trench on the far, far end of my property and burrying them. Rick will make suggestions to increase his work. He doesn't pressure anyone... he just suggests that while he is there, it would be less expensive to do XYZ. With all his experience, he does make excellent suggestions. Just be prepared that you may end up getting more work done than you originally intended. Again - he doesn't pressure you, he just makes really good suggestions.
