The building of the barn was okay but I feel he doesn't know how to do a foundation.I felt it was a little arrogant and didn't take responsibility for his poor quality of work. The barn was on a side hill and he had to put in about 20 piers to support the barn. After the barn was completed I saw gaps and the barn started to move down the hill and the piers were starting to lean sideways. I called him and he said I told you that when you put a barn on a hill that it was going to move. He didn't drill the holes deep enough and there was no lateral support. He did come out and replace on of the piers but that didn't do much. I have checked the movement over the past ten years and it has moved about 5-8 inches. He said he takes no responsibility for what happened to the barn.

He did the whole house himself and was here from the last week of August until the second week of October.
