I was looking to purchase a Mobile Home on it's own land. When the Broker arrived 20 minutes late she was a mess, wrinkly fur covered clothing. Not very personable for selling a home. Every appointment I made the Broker was late for. She couldn't answer any questions about the home that I asked, she had to get back to me on that. A few times I had to go to the office and that was a mess too. They do not seem to be very professional. I did buy the home but only due to the review of the home inspection that was done by another person.
