This place has a system where it will automatically cancel your medication if you have not seen your doctor in exactly 1 year and 1 month. WITHOUT notice. I phoned in a refill since the bottle said 2 refills left, and the pharmacist said it had been canceled. It helps control my asthma and prevent hospitalizations. You would think with RSV, covid, flu, and pneumonia going around I would have at least been notified far in advance. When I called inquiring why my medication had been canceled my pcp did not have any idea about it and claimed I had not seen them in over 2 years. I'm not sure how 1 year and 1 month turned into over 2 years. They gave me 1 refill after telling me they may not approve it. Safe to say I will find a better office and a new pcp. I will not trust my health in a facility like this. Luckily, I have my rescue inhalers to get me through to a new pcp. I cannot imagine being on something much more important to my health and having it canceled with 0 notice.

My regular provider was out on family leave, so I scheduled a visit with Dr. Guidi. I listed 3 items to review: probable broken finger: his response "google hand surgeon Dover NH". Second: looking for referral to Dermatologist for psoriasis consult - his response "Caused by stress, view this youtube video on mindfulness, you're a smart guy, you'll figure it out". Third: Writing a new prescription for my regular ADHD med, which I've been taking for 12 years. This requires a urine test every 3 months to prove I'm actually taking it. This visit, the lab slip was apparently mis-coded and lab did not look for that specific drug and therefore did not find it. Nobody notified me that I had "failed" the test until I called a month later asking why the new script had not been issued. I went to the office immediately after that phone call (and after taking my last remaining pill) and submitted another sample. This one passed since the lab knew what to look for. Then 5 days passed with no advisory call from the Dr office, when I called them I was told "Yeah, he wrote that one a few days ago". Again, no update. Finally, since the urine tests are only authorized/required every 3 months, I got a bill from the lab for the second test, for $120!!! You can bet I'm complaining to "management" to get my money reimbursed for their mistake. Also, Medicare covered $86.95 of the $220 billed for the visit, so my out of pocket cost was $133.05 for this quack.

I left work early to pick up my prescription. Arrived at 5:30 pm, and was told that prescriptions are only available until 5pm. The office is open until 8pm. Now I have to take more time off to get it filled.

No help, no consideration, no care as to what happened to me at all. They gave me subutex, that my insurance will not cover, then clonadine, a blood pressure medication, when my blood pressure is already below normal. the subutex can cause respiratory failure when taken with benzodiazapines, i take xanex. the clonadine could lower my blood pressure dangerously low.

My experience with Salmon Falls Famil Health Care has been EXCELLENT, in all respects. Communication with office staff, and all assisting professional staff, has been OUTSTANDING. Rick Renner, PA has been conscientiously thorough and supportive in helping me address and deal with the complex health issues in my life.

I've been going to this practice for a long time. Dr. Charle has been both my husband's and my primary care physician for many years. He takes his time, really listens, is caring, compassionate, helpful and personable.

It was easy to make an appointment, and I received a call to confirm the appointment a couple days beforehand. My husband I both see Rick Renner, PA. He is very down to earth and we are both satisfied the care we've received so far. He listens to health complaints, offers a variety of ideas and possible solutions, and follows up with phone calls when necessary. I am an extremely nervous patient, but I feel comfortable with him as my medical provider, and I hope to stay with Salmon Falls Healthcare for years to come.

I first met Katrina Diederich as a Diabetic ARNP with the Endocrine Physician Group in Dover. She helped me deal with my new diagnosis as a Diabetic and what it meant to live with a disease that would impact my health and well-being for the rest of my life. She knows all there is to know about Diabetes, and keeps current. When that office reorganized after staff changes, she joined Salmon Falls and I asked if I could follow her. She is a good communicator, teacher and is most wonderfully.... NORMAL. She talks with you, not at you and treats you as a partner in your health management. She discusses your problem list with you and answers your questions. I have referred her to colleagues, friends and people with Diabetes questions and issues. She and Roberta, her Medical Assistant, make it work in a positive way.

Amazingly straightforward appointment scheduling protocol with front office staff .... Received call from very perceptive Registered Nurse shortly before scheduled appointment to ensure my understanding of pre-appointment laboratory testing parameters ... Subsequent Appt. with Rick Renner, PA who presented excellent bedside manner and carefully detailed explanations for all tests ordered, as well as excellent follow up with test results and future treatment plan.
