PC Potion is a small owner-operated business that provides a variety of computer and network related services for home and business such as network cabling and patch panel, computer hardware installation or replacement, diagnostics and troubleshooting, back-up and restore, and more. Small jobs are welcome too, and we charge genuinely fair prices - see for yourself on our website. Any kind of home networking configuration or smart system/IOT installation is easy for us. Please note that we do not offer data recovery services or motherboard/CPU/GPU repairs.

Nate helped me with a couple computer issues and also helped me cut the cable and go to streaming TV. He was so patient with me and explained everything in advance. For those of us with very little computer knowledge, Nate provides a valuable service and a professional attitude. My rating is 5+

After my laptop kept crashing, I dreaded fixing it, as I was afraid my data might get deleted from the local drive. Nate did such a great job - working with him was a real pleasure. He installed a new operating system, did a hard reset, and managed to back up the info from the hard drive on a laptop that was constantly crashing. Depending on the project, Nate can come to your house or work remotely. He might be only 24, but he is very mature, prompt, responsible, and knows what he is doing well. He is also very good at explaining things and coming up with solutions. And he loves dogs! I will have Nate help with other computer issues as they come up and will have him back up all my photos from different devices and get them in one place. For any computer/laptop/network issues, reach out to Nate. I would recommend him.
