Definitely a waste of time.

Very disappointed. All was done except the white coil wrap. As noted in the contract/receipt he was suppose to return in 3 days to finish that up. The 3 days came and went -- after 5 days we called him, told him it was going to cost us $300 to have someone else repair it. Told him we would take $150 and go our separate ways, if not we'd see him in small claims court. He said he forgot about coming back to finish the job and would stop by that day with the $150. He never showed up -- its now been and additional 5 days and still no sign of him. In my opinion he didn't forget and probably isn't qualified or doesn't have the machinery to repair it.

He is easy to work with and did a good job. I would definitely use him again.

Mr. Cote was called to do an estimate..that same day.he came after hours and submitted the quote the same evening.The quote was actually half the amount we paid to have the steps and quot;repointedand quot; 2 years ago by a different mason.(which fell apart!!)
We met with Mr. Cote the following afternoon We accepted the estimate and entered into a contract to have the steps redone the following week. Mr. Cote kept in touch with us the whole time and scheduled the work to be done.
He came to work prepared, cordoned off the work area for safety (we are on a main downtown street) he worked with his helper until dark. The hole job was satisfactorily done in 2 1/2 days! The steps look amazing!! He is to return to seal coat them once they are completely and quot;setand quot;
The work has a warranty against any thing that could happen like chipping, breaking, or mortar breakdown.
Mr. Cote spoke professionally and was very pleasant to deal with. He thanked us several times for our business, when really the thanks should go to him for doing such an amazing job.

Very well

I was very impressed with the way he stepped in, and corrected another contractor's bad work. He was very good about scheduling the job quickly. He did an extremely good job with it. I have a 120 year old house, which has been added onto several times, and he handled it very well. He's pretty busy, so he's tough to get on short notice. Other than that, he's very good.
