Excellent service!

Called Bruce on Monday afternoon, gave him the details of what I needed. He gave me a quote on the spot and informed me that it should be ready in 1 day. As promised, I received a call the following day informing me that the product was ready for pickup. Very courteous and professional service. I had called a competitor prior to calling Interstate, although they were pleasant, I was placed on hold for several minutes and then, after a quick conversation told that I would get a call back and that they would have to order the product, which would take 1 week. I did receive a call back and was also informed that in order for them to order it, they required 50% pre-payment. So, no question, I am glad I went with the locally owned Interstate. Quick service, professionalism and overall great experience. I highly recommend them over the competion.

This was an insurance claim for my damaged windshield. I decided to use interstate cause they are local to me. I knew nothing else about this company other than the fact they have been in Somersworth for a very long time. Was contacted by Bruce the owner and had a scheduled install date promptly and they were flexible with my schedule. Bruce addressed my concerns about factory windshield versus aftermarket. I went with the aftermarket so I didn't have to wait for the factory windshield, dropped off and picked up the same day!

Probably as a result of Memorial Day interrupting things, this special order took a week longer to arrive from out of state than had been expected. The end result was worth waiting for, however.
