I have been having my vehicles serviced at Gagnons since the late 80's. This company is a credit to the profession with honest work and it is done right at very competitive pricing. They were over 300 dollars cheaper than both the Audi dealer and a specialized audi service center. The past job was done as promised and I was charged exactly what the estimate was. approximately one year prior, they replaced all four upper front control arms and ball joints (it has a strange suspension system) as well as my exhaust resonator. As usual, a perfect job.
