Our experience with Ed Sunshine is unexpectable. He was suppose to complete a good size fencing project. When the project began, we noticed that there were many days in which he said he would be on the job site and he wouldnt show up. Text messages and voicemails were exchanged many times iand over time he just stopped answering. He finally finish putting the fence up. Unfortunately the fence is uneven at the top. (If I can attach a pic I will) He said he was unable to put the doors on the fence at that time because the ground had not been graded and or seeded. He said at that point he needed to be paid in full. Knowing he is a small business I agreed. Which was my BIGGEST MISTAKE! On June 23rd of 2019 I contacted Ed to let him know the ground is ready and he would be able to put the doors on the fence. To this date has he HAS NOT shown up to finish or pay to have someone else finish it. I reached out at least 3x per month for the last 5 months. He has continuously said he was busy and would get to the house. He was working on other projects. We proposed to him to send us a check for $250 and we will have someone else finish the project (cementing the posts/putting on the doors). He response was that was to much money to pay someone. I think it is fare price. We need to pay someone to work for the day and get materials. We also said we would not write this review if he made good to either completing the project or sending us the check. We have paid him over $11,000 for this fence that is not complete. And on top of everything HE HAS NEVER NOT ONCE APOLOGIZED for not completing the project and is ALWAYS rude and defensive on every response. I am frustrated with the fact that it has been over 5 months he is telling that he has not had one day free to complete this project. I call Bull S***! Horrible experience!
