There is no service provided. I already paid him. He didn't response. After the first snow, I called him and sent a message. And he said yes, he'll come. And then, nothing got done.

Complying with the provisions of our signed contract, I notified the contractor that I was exercising my right to cancel the work. He responded by refusing to return our $4,650.00. No work was begun. Agreed upon deadlines were missed by him without explanation. He will not return calls or our money. 1) CLAIM: He posted that he mailed me a check in early Sept and it was "deposited" on Sept 13. TRUTH: No check was received. He has ignored my request to provide scans of the front and back of his check, including my endorsement for my deposit. No such check exists. 2) CLAIM: That he has purchased over $6,000 in materials for my job. TRUTH: We never discussed, let alone agreed on the paver brand, material, finish, color, or quantity. Having not reached any agreement about this, the purchase of materials is not possible. 3) CLAIM: His online reply to a Google and Facebook review is that I should "call the office." TRUTH: I called the office a number of times and either the calls were not answered, his voicemail box was "full," or when I was able to leave a message, no call back was received. The one time he did answer his phone - when I identified myself, he hung up the phone. I called right back, and the call was unanswered. All legal remedies are now being pursued. I recommend that you do not hire this contractor.

We hired RJM Construction to build retaining walls, build pathway, and fix parts of the driveway. The project started off well, though the subcontractor, brought in by RJM Construction was argumentative. We had to watch very closely for the work to follow the agreement. A few times the work had to be redone (e.g. no underlayment was put in for the pathway, the wall blocks were glued in upside down, ...). In the end, and after we payed the final check, we found that some construction trash was left on site, a topper stone was not adhering to the wall, the driveway fixes were not compacted and resulted in potholes. We reached out to Robert Merrill (the proprietor) of the company a number of times but he completely disappeared.

Robert arrived on time to inspect the work location. His estimate was delivered sooner than expected. Robert send text updates relating to the job prior to starting it. The cost of the project was very reasonable. Because of the driveway, we did not want equipment to cross it and Robert and his two man crew did the job manually. Robert and his crew were very professional and the job site was spotless at the completion of the job,. The work was completed quickly and looks great. We are considering another project involving pavers and new steps. Robert provided the estimate and the supplier location where we can see the materials that will be used. Robert deserves the A rating - we are very satisfied.

They were on time, on budget, and very thorough and professional. The architecture drawing was exactly the same as the results.

Project went flawlessly. Workers came on time, did a very professional job. They took the time to give me status reports and pictures. I would definitely hire them again. I have already recommended them to my friends and family

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Everybody was so friendly and professional. They explained the entire process in detail and completed the job ahead of schedule. My backyard is now beautiful can't wait to use my firepit just in time for fall. I know who to call for my front yard next time. I highly recommend.

The patio turned out amazing the crew was professional and completed the job quickly with no delays and no unexpected expenses i would definitely hire them again in the future.
