It went well, customer service was extremely helpful and prompt. Store was clean. Staff was a help.

HE ARRIVED @ 8 SHARP. HE DID EVERYTHING THAT HE PROMISED TO DO. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.AFTER HE WAS DONE HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT WHAT HE DID. HE SHOOK MY HAND ON THE WAY OUT.

The clerk, Pamela, was very good, nice and helpful in helping me pick out the right supplies. She will provide a quote after I get a settlement amount from my insurance company.

I went to my local Lowes to buy a washer and dryer for my new condo. The saleman was pleasant but didn't seem to have much of a clue. He asked me what I wanted but never bothered to ask basic questions like how big the space was. I purchased a basic washer and dryer. He arranged to have it delivered on Saturday. I called the day before and found the delivery would be between 10am and 2PM. The delivery people showed up at 4PM! Worse, the dryer unit I had picked out, which didn't appear usually big - it seemed one of the smaller units in the store - wouldn't fit through the door into the laundry room! I had them take back both the units. The salesman called me the following week and found a set that would fit. It was delivered the following week. I just think an applicance guy with any common sense would have asked about the doorway - I did measure the space the units would go in but never considered the doorway. I also think the delivery people could have showed up somewhat on time. A four hour delivery period seems pretty wide and they couoldn't even conform to that.

I thought they were too expensive. I picked out the carpet immediately and told the guy that I was moving into a new place. I told them that I couldn't move everything in until the new carpet was laid. It wasn't cheap but the carpet was laid within three days. They called me immediately, the guy showed up when he was suppose to, the carpet was nice, and my experience was 100% positive.
