This is my first fall with a pellet stove, having moved here six months ago. After using it a few times, the glass was turning black, so I decided to have KL come out and give it a checkup and cleaning.
I was able to book an appointment for just a day or two after I called, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. After thoroughly cleaning the stove and running it to make sure everything worked as expected, they walked my through the steps I should take to maintain it on a regular basis.
I will definitely use KL again.
