Not even a year and the washing machine we purchased broke. Appliance Warehouse told us WE HAD to go through the GE warranty service company, so we did, the GE service company finally showed up after two and half weeks and said they now need to order a part and said maybe another 3 three weeks. I called Appliance Warehouse because it hasn't been a year since we purchased the washing machine from their company and he told us SORRY, NOT OUR PROBLEM!!!!! Literally said that. Very disappointed. I feel they should have worked with us to replace the broken machine, however they did not seem to care at all.
