the owner/sales person estimated the job, was very courteous.  It came with a 10 year guarantee.  Within 2 years, it began to crack and deteriorate.  That same, courteous/owner did not return any calls, at least 50, over a 2 year period.  I have had repairs that have run about 4,000 and still have areas that continue to crack and sink.

I hired this company to put down a new surface around my pool.  This was a stone aggregate.  The work was done on time, but shortly thereafter, the surface began to deteriorate.  It was supposed to have a I hired10 year warranty.  I called the owner countless times over a 2 year period and got to speak with him only once.  He told me he would meet me, never did.  I have since needed 3 repairs for cracking at 3500.  The repairs do not match the color, but I have had to make do since I had no other alternatives.  I am writing this in hopes of keeping another unsuspecting consumer from hiring this outfit.
