After connecting with Sara Boucher from a house I was interested in she signed me into a contract for six months. At about the Six month period I looked at a house in the center of Salem, NH. I was right on the edge of saying "yes I will buy it", when I saw another very nice house in Sandown NH. I asked her if I could look at it. Her response was "There are multiple offers on the house and one has been accepted." My girlfriend looked into the house further and called the selling company. She found that there were no offers and there was no offer accepted. I confronted Sara about this and Sara's response was "You need to trust me". After that, our relationship was over. The house in Sandown never sold and I believe is still on the market.
