i left the SUV overnight and picked it up the following day. Rich was very personable explained everything up front. I picked the SUV up and all was great.

Was originally going to install just the stereo but not the camera but the installation guy said he would do it all so we did not have to come back again. Then we found out that the rear speakers were blown so they called us and got our approval and installed the two rear speakers and a new back up camera since the one we had was defective. They were great to keep in touch with us throughout the process and fit us in. Very convenient, very professional and great personalities to work with.
