Furniture - Sales
My wife and I purchased a set of patio furniture from Patio Place. We had been looking for some time and shopped many stores. Patio Place had a good selection and the staff were very helpful. The set we selected was a special order and was delivered on Thursday, May 22. We noticed that there was a flaw in the assembly of the table that caused the umbrella to lean slightly. My wife and I were leaving on a brief trip that day and did not return until Saturday afternoon May 24. When we returned, I called the store to report the problem. Although it was Memorial Day weekend, they someone out to fix the problem within 2 hours. This was unexpected and truly great service. It was a pleasure doing business with Patio Place. My wife and I appreciated their good selection, helpful staff, and especially their commitment to serving their customers.
