The quality of work is fine, and he was punctual, polite and professional. My only complaint is that he charged his regular hourly rate for driving back and forth to the plumbing supply place to get things that I'd expect a plumber to have in his truck.

Had a pike spring a leak in the wall at 8:00 PM. Which required shutting off all of the water in the house. Called plumber at 8:30 PM and was told they would have some one there by 7:00 AM. Two plumbers arrived at 6:30 and repair was completed by 7:45 AM for $65.00.
