Although I though the carpet was a bit pricier for the bedroom than I expected - it has been 10 years since I did it the last time and so I don't have a good guide to tell me otherwise - I will say that I did get competing bids on the other flooring and they were right in the mix. within a few hundred dollars - but their service is great! They were very good about ordering the carpet - and installing it quickly before new furniture is delivered - the installers went about their work quickly, neatly, quietly and were great to deal with - No real need to deal with them at all - the best kind of worker - no needed assistance or supervision - just get out of their way and let them do their thing! I expect I will hire them to do the other flooring because they were so good.

The installer came on time. The two gentlemen were polite & they got right to work. I am very pleased with the work they did. Looks beautiful!! I would hire them again because they placed the order right after I chose the product & I didn't have to wait to have it installed. Very friendly staff that is very helpful.

The installation went very smoothly and professionally.  The tiler was a different contractor who did a very good job.  There was an area that needed to be fixed after installation and Messina's promptly sent a service person to take care of the job.  It was fixed and I never needed to call them again.  I also found the people in the showroom to be very helpful.

Messina was wonderful! They were professional at all points. The two men that came and installed the floors and carpets were excellent and meticulous in the details. We are both very satisfied with the job they did. I would say that they may not be the least expensive on the market, but they are a high quality company and we have recommended they to friends and would use them again for any new flooring needs in the future.

Everything went well, efficiently, started on time, and completed same day. I may have understated the price because it was some time ago, and I don't recall it exactly, but they were middle of the road pricewise, but well worth the money. They use subcontractors for the work.

They were absolutely terrific. They put quality above everything, even profit. They qualified their contractors beforehand. They will contract our different contract packages. They take on board the work and they take responsibility from the work. They subcontracted out an external tiling company. Part of the agreement with the tiling company is any contractors employed by that company has to be approved by Messina's Flooring and Carpet. What happened in my case was that contractors hired some new tilers that weren't qualified by Messina's Flooring and Carpet and they made the worst job you could imagine with the tiling. I complained to Messina's Flooring and Carpet. They came out and looked at it. They agreed that the job was a dismal. They bought out some tilers from quite some distance away who were absolutely an A1. They did the whole job all over again with Messina's Flooring and Carpet cost. They put the quality of the job way above the profit they were making. Although we had some hiccups, it wasn't their fault. It was corrected immediately without questions. They responded very quickly. I can't fault them.

There were fairly reasonably priced and it was competitive with all the other companies that I talked to.? I liked that they were very prompt, efficient and they cleaned up beautifully.? They took away old carpeting and they were very neat and thorough.? There were no questions at all about the job that they did.? I went back to them this year to look at them for installing some hardwood because I was very pleased with the carpeting they did.? Their hardwood pricing if awful and so over the top of every other place I looked at, so I am not going back to them for that, but for the carpeting they were fabulous.? For the hardwood it was night and day and they were not willing to negotiate.? I would tell others that I would use them again for carpeting and that they were very good and competitive.? They quality was excellent and their pricing for carpeting as competitive.

This was a big 2 day job covering the majority of my home's floor area- they want you to stay off tiles overnight to ensure proper adhesion- installer was very accomodating to my special needs and worked with me so I could stay in the house. As soon as job was completed I called company due to defects in 2 tiles. Owner of company came out to inspect and seemed to not believe me that I had nothing to do with the defects, however, the tiles were replaced quickly. Also they charge for moving appliances which were never moved by them in my case.

They did a great job for me at my home. They did the work very fast and were very helpful and they gave us exactly what we wanted and left the floor looking great.

They do this work well and on time. They come out and do a very thorough well done estimate. Their sales staff is very good at consulting. We worked with Heather and she was very good at helping us make our decision. Phil is the sales rep who did our estimate during our initial appointment and he's part of the team.
