It was great as usual. The cleaners are always prompt and always do thorough work. Additionally, Dan, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm happy with his services.

Overall I won't have this co. again.

We are very happy with the services provided, the work is performed on time and complete on a biweekly basis. Although there are only two of us we do have pets that tend to shed quite a bit, the cleaning is always perfect; we love coming home to such a clean house, couldn't be happier with the service and would recommend Life Maid Clean to all of our friends and acquaintances.

09/15/12 - Excellent! I met with the original and new owners (business is being sold) for a quote. Both were extremely nice people. They gave me an excellent price. The new owner and one employee were here at 9am and left by 2pm. I am ecstatic to have my house clean once again. I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a good cleaning crew.

05/28/13 - I am very upset with the results of our second cleaning with this provider. I will never contact them again for any reason.

Of the two cleaners that showed up at my house, one was at least 20 minutes late. Half an hour after they left, the kitchen ceiling leaked because the toilet must have overflowed in the master bath and I discovered a 1-1/2 inch circle of detergent that had burned the rug in my bedroom. Also, my husband pointed out multiple spots that had been missed including baseboards not dusted, my shower and the kids bathroom was still covered in soap scum, my master bedroom was not dusted at all after I specifically told Mr Dippo I wanted it done. The interior doors were still covered in fingerprints, they vacuumed around the scale instead of moving it, the linoleum floor in the basement wasn't touched, one corner of the basement never got touched, and the list goes on.

Mr Dippo came out the next day at home so that I could show him the issues. When I brought up the ceiling leak, he said that his cleaner denied causing the overflow. When I showed him the spot on the rug, he was very confused as to what detergent they used that could have caused the damage. After we walked through the second floor (we never even bothered to check out the basement or 1st floor), he seemed extremely upset that his employees had performed so poorly and offered to have them come back and correct the errors. I refused the offer at which time he offered to refund me the full cost of the cleaning. I also refused and told him to do what he thought was right, that I would accept $100 back. He cashed the check and I have not seen any money returned.

Excellent. Kristie provided great communication and and AWESOME first time cleaning. Well worth the $135 she charged for my small home. Kristie is also very accomodating with her scheduling. Plan on having regular cleanings 2X per month, but she is willing to clean as often (or as infrequently) as you need.

Kristie came into my home to give me an estimate and we worked together to find a plan that was okay for both of us and within my budget. She comes in every other week and cleans a different part of the house. Kristie is professional, responsible, and does a great job cleaning my home.

I highly recommend her, She arrives on time, reminds me of appointments, and does an excellent job. She explained the services and outlined a few plans that I could choose from and she tailored it to our schedule and needs. A very professional job. After trying a few different house cleaners I finally found the right one!!

Kristie is very fussy about her work and takes whatever time is necessary to do the job. She took only one lunch break of about 15 minutes. No coffee breaks, etc. She is also very personable. She will now return one a month for normal cleaning and maintanence. Her monthly fee is very reasonable for the all the work she does.

I recently hired Life Maid Easy to start cleaning our home. Hiring a cleaning service was a great decision, but hiring Kristie at Life Maid Easy was an even better decision. From our first phone call, she was so professional and personable. She started on the Thursday before Christmas and saved me so much time and money. The cleaning job she did was absolutely jaw dropping. I couldn't believe even the smallest corners and cracks she got dust out of. Detail Oriented is an understatement. My house smelled so good and was cleaner than I ever could have gotten it. The best part is that my house seems to stay cleaner between her visits. I really liked Kristie because she carried insurance, she's young and energetic, more comparable than other services, and really seems to love what she does and that definitely comes out in her work. There are a lot of cleaning services out there but do yourself a favor and hire Life Maid Easy. You won't regret it and it will be the best money you've ever spent!
