Joe Norton's Handyman Service I do all of my own estimates and I am on the job site doing the work myself. I hire subcontractors that show the same high quality work that I insist on. I come to your home and give you a no cost quote and arrive when I promise. I have been able to complete almost every job on time and on budget (weather permitting). I am fully insured. I do not double book my work.
