As usual, their work was outstanding. I have been dealing with these folks for over 20 years, and have always experienced first class work, very fair pricing, and a highly professional approach both by the owners and employees. These guys do it the way it should be done, and care about their customers.
When I dropped off my elderly truck, saying that the four wheel drive did not seem to be engaging, they diagnosed it and called me back. The part dual channel solenoid part alone from the Japanese manufacturer was almost $700; this horrified both them and me. Jeff asked if he could try a modification using Ford solenoids instead, since he believed he could install them so they would work. I left the truck with him for three days, including over the course of a major snowstorm when he is busy servicing the SnowPlows he sells and repairs that are a major part of his business. He called me as the 36 hour storm was ending to tell me that the truck was ready, It works perfectly- for about $400 less that the factory parts and labor would have been. This kind of thing is why I will be a customer of JJM for as long as I own vehicles.

I wish I could comment, but the owner is my Son in law and per good standards, I cannot post. But he is wonderful, and very trustworthy.

The JJM Auto and Fleet Service workers are honest, wonderful. We've been to places that were horrible and we found these guys 20 years ago and we have been with him ever since. Their prices are more than reasonable. The work is completely perfect. If you have any questions or anything wrong, you bring it back and they fix it until you're satisfied at no additional cost. They're always in time. If they tell you they need your car for 2 days, when they tell you it is ready, it is ready. Usually, there is no wait. They do anything they can to accommodate you. They're just the best. They're fair and reliable.

The experience with them has been terrible. I have gotten estimates from them, that I got done else where for a fraction of the money. Seems like whenever we went in there to get something done there was a problem. Sometimes it was good, but most times it was bad.
