Not only was Todd proactive in contacting me and staying in touch before our visit to the dealership, he was friendly, considerate, and informative every step of the purchase process. The guys at Husson Auto Repair are great. They are a low pressure repair shop. They also explain to you in simple terms what is wrong and what they are going to do. I would recommend anyone to go to Husson for repairs. If they find anything else wrong with your Auto they will simply tell you. They won't try to upsell you on fixing it.

These guys do a great job, but they do have a tendency to get backed up a little bit, so plan accordingly.  Other than that, these guys are personable and professional.  For my oil change, I didn't clarify that I wanted synthetic oil, so they put conventional oil in and the gentleman was very apologetic and offered a discount on my next service.

On time service, kept word on price, very easy to task to. Car runs great.
