The washer, dryer, dishwasher and stove were delivered the week after we purchased them as promised. Although they were unable to take existing the stove and dryer upon delivery they came back the following week to take those items.

I had taken out a home equity loan and went to Home Depot to find out about having kitchen cabinets either replaced or replaced, and having a new granite countertop and sink installed. I spoke with one person in the kitchen design center who was very nice to me, but their price was way out of my reach for new kitchen cabinets, and that's where the problems began. Apparently, in order to have cabinets refaced by Home Depot, you have to speak with their ProDesk. I made approximately 6 visits and countless phone calls attempting to reach them without success. Even after I spoke directly with the manager and, subsequently, an assistant manager, I was unable to get a response from the ProDesk. To this day I have neither seen nor spoken with anyone at the ProDesk in the Salem, NH Home Depot. I called their 800 number customer service line and found that person to be extremely sympathetic, and long after I had contracted the work out to another company, a different person from the 800 number ProDesk (and apparently there is an in-store ProDesk and an 800 number ProDesk -- or I could just be confused.) In addition, even though I told the original kitchen design salesperson that their price was too high for me, various people from the kitchen design center at the Salem, NH Home Depot continued to call me about "the plans for your new kitchen." I have had no fewer than 4 phone calls from them, even though I have explained repeatedly that the work is already done.

I WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THEM. THEIR INSTALLERS ARE INCOMPETENT. WHEN I FIRED THE INSTALLER AFTER HE YELLED AT MY WIFE, THAT WAS THE END OF IT. THEY DID SEND SOMEONE TO FINISH THE WORK. HE WAS GREAT, BUT HOME DEPOT HAS NOT PAID HIM YET.
