Horrible. No call backs, inaccurate equipment diagnosis, unreliable service. Don't return phone calls and don't adhere to timelines they give you. In the end, I spent $40 for them to tell me I needed to buy a new piece of equipment because the one I dropped off three weeks earlier was junk. That was after they ordered a part that was supposed to fix it.
