Description of Work: I made an appointment last week for a technician to upgrade my wireless system. I should have thought twice because I had called once before, waited for an appointment, then no one showed up. He was supposed to come today between 8 & 10. I called twice to see if they had a more exact time; no one got back to me. At 10:30 I called again. "Oh, he had an emergency call." No one had even bothered to call me to say he wasn't showing up after I waited 2-1/2 hours, I still wanted the service done today, and was willing to wait. No one could give me a commitment for today.
