CASELLA WASTE SYSTEMS

False advertising to the public, casella does not recycle in the following towns. Windham, derry and salem. I have plenty of pics/ video to prove it for months almost full year. Customers pay for two barrels and get one pick up. It all goes in one truck and one pile at the dump every single week no matter what custom service or the driver tell you. There will most likely be a review to follow stating im a disgruntled employee. But trust what your reading. Place a money hungry scam. Find another provider

Great. Had dumpster next day. Filled gone. 3 day

I called this morning and talked to someone who said she could help me with canceling my account. She asked why and I told her it was the price. She said she could make me an offer that would basically save me $2 a month but I had found a new company that would save me $20 a month. When I asked about prorating the bill as this has been the first weeks pickup this month, she said she wasn't sure and would get back to me. She never called back so I called again. The next person I spoke to checked and said "no, just like all other companies, they don't prorate their bills". Well I have dealt with a lot of companies in my 60 plus years and she is so wrong, and I told her as much in a very polite way. Stay clear of this place en less you plan on staying with them till the end of a month. and paying higher prices. Company policies are very unprofessional. I guess they are so big they don't care about the little guy.

My issues reside with the administrative offices.  After finally getting to the right person in Customer Service, the issues were immediately resolved.
