We relocated from New Hampshire to Florida and paid for the move and for packing. Eight guys showed up on time to pack our large home. We had many pieces of art, antiques, and considerable valuables. The salesman assured us our valuable belongings would be treated well.
When we opened boxes in Florida, we found that a great deal of the boxes were so poorly packed that numerous items were damaged beyond repair. Some of the packing crew did a wonderful job, but others did not have a clue about packing and we found fragile items wrapped only in paper and packed with hand weights in some cases. I have never experienced such an unprofessional move. We expected a professional crew to pack our belongings and we got people who had no idea how to pack. Even books were damaged. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have moved many times with these same items and have never had any problems. It was truly a nightmare experience.

"We did provide packing services for the move, and I knew that she was not very happy with a few boxes that she had damage in, as she called me while unpacking. I told her to finish unpacking and the call me and I will help her with the claims process. Six weeks later she has yet to put in a claim, I also have left her several messages telling here that I am still her to help with the claim, but she has not called me back. I also had the driver on the move stay with her the next day and help unpack boxes, at no charge to her. He told me that there was some damage because of the way a couple of my college kids packed but all and all we packed over 300 boxes and they found damage in 6 off the boxes. The only damage with this move was in the boxes, not one piece of got damaged. This was a very large move that took 4 days to pack and load, the member, were very kind and pleasant to work with, this was very upsetting to me that she was this displeased with the move, for she and her husband were a pleasure to work with. As far as the estimate of the move this move was almost 30,000 lbs and I came within 71 lbs under the estimate. I am very sorry that the members were not happy with there move, and I can not fix that but they will be paid for any damages that may have happened. I a perfect world these things should not happen but unfortunately we are all human, and make mistakes, But the member will be paid for any losses that happened on this move. Paul Collins CEO"

We had a very large Picture hanging over our fireplace (4' by 6') and our fireplace is 17' tall.
they were not suppose to take it down but they agree that me and my husband could not do it as we are both in our 70's.
they got a ladder and all 4 guys work together and lower it and then pack it up Good job guys!!!!! and THANK YOU AGAIN.

I was terrified of performing a move from MA. to NC.! We received several quotes that I thought were all very high, then Paul( the owner) came to our home and was up front and personable. He not only gave me a quote he educated me on the moving business and how it is regulated by the federal goverment, which ment I could make an informed deccision. A to Z's qoute beat all the others by $2,000. So I thought it was a bargain, but was wary of the work to be done.
The workers were great! They should up and worked quickly which was important since we lived on a small dead end street in Charlestown. I don't know which was better, the crew that packed us up or the crew that delivered the furniture in Charlotte, NC. Not only did A to Z blow away all other prices, when the other movers were saying they would deliver our furniture to our new home in 7 to 10 days- A to Z got it there in 2 days!
If you need a mover this is the go to company!

They showed up on time and the team of three men was very fast in moving all our furniture out of our old third-floor apartment. They were extremely careful in moving furniture into our new house. (I was honestly amazed that they didn't put a single ding or scratch in the freshly painted walls of our new house!) Nothing was damaged or lost in the move. The movers were very friendly and polite. I only gave a B for price because I don't think $660 was a great price to move furniture alone. We had boxed up all our smaller possessions and moved them ourselves prior to A to Z's arrival. I also felt that their surcharges for mileage, fuel, and time spent in travel were excessive for a 10-mile distance. It ended up costing $100-200 more than I had expected, based on their estimate. However, I was very happy with their work so gladly paid the higher price.
