asbestos removal
+ -1 moreTHE OWNER CAME ON TIME TO PROVIDE ESTIMATE. BOTH HE AND HIS WIFE WORKED TO ACCELERATE TIME TO ONE THAT WAS MORE CONVENIENT FOR THE OWNERS, SO THAT JOB WAS COMPLETE BEFORE OTHER CONTRACTORS NEEDED TO START WORK. THE JOB WAS DONE CLEANLY, EFFICIENTLY, AND POLITELY BY TWO WORKERS. THE RESULTING BASEMENT FLOOR WAS LEFT CLEAN AND NEAT. THE OWNER HAD INDICATED THAT HE EXPECTED TO SEND A CREW OF 4 FOR ONE DAY. HE ENDED UP SENDING A CREW OF 2 FOR A VERY LONG DAY AND THEY WORKED HARD. WE HAD TWO BIDS ON THE JOB, AND THIS ONE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN THE OTHER, FOR THE SAME WORK. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY, AND ITS OWNER AND STAFF.
Description of Work: REMOVED APPROXIMATELY 1080 SQUARE FEET OF ASBESTOS TILE, IN BASEMENT, OF 1950'S HOUSE. BUNDLED TILE, AND REMOVED FROM PREMISES. PROVIDED REQUIRED AIR QUALITY TEST.
